Terror on Southwest Airlines?

Two Southwest Airlines flights from Orange County's John Wayne Interanational Airport were allegedly targeted by Islamic terrorists.
So, one of these flights was allowed to fly to Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport,while the othe flight was searched or stopped a tJohn Wayne International in Orange County,California.
CIA spokesmen or women claim they know nothing about this.But with the CIA claiming it stopped another underwear bomber plot,their actions indicate an intelligence psy-ops or the latest attempt by American intelligence to scare the hell out of the populace again.
Some will say this is how they do things in the US intelligence agencies. How is it that they can catch another underwear bomber,then say Oh,watch those two Southwest flights out of John Wayne international. Come on who's running these agencies,some obedient children from Pakistan?.
